Who we're hiring

Field Representative
You start on the front lines. You're the person a homeowner meets first, and your work is winning a stranger's trust. You sell solar and heat pumps.

Energy Consultant
You sit down with a family in their home and help them decide on solar or a heat pump.

How one leads to the other
You start as a Field Representative. Reach 20 installed deals and you move up to Energy Consultant.
Where and when
The floor works out of 40 Shattuck Rd, Suite 201, in Andover, Massachusetts. The work is in homes across Andover, Methuen, Haverhill and Lowell, and the rest of the Merrimack Valley around them. Full time, afternoons and evenings, with weekends as needed. You join a floor of 20+ teammates who train each other.
What it takes

You're ready for commission-only work, and you want your results to count.

You can talk face to face with homeowners you've never met.

You have a car and a valid driver's license.

You're 18 or older and authorized to work in the US.

You'll complete the required training. It's built into the job, and everyone does it.

You keep showing up while you're still learning.
